Purchased a lovely sweatshirt from lighthouse lane in Harrogate but they didn't have the colour that I really wanted. On returning home I checked online and they had the preferred colour. I contacted them and I was able to exchange. Howard at the Howarth store could not have been more helpful, first class customer service. The sweatshirt was a huge Christmas present success.
