Do you have physical shops?

Yes! We have three lovely shops across Yorkshire, in Haworth, Skipton and Harrogate.

If you’re nearby, we’d love you to pop in and see us. Our shops are open seven days a week and are packed with our clothing, prints, gifts and plenty more.

How long does delivery take?

We aim to dispatch orders within 2–3 working days.

UK orders are usually sent using Royal Mail Tracked 48.

How much is UK delivery?

Standard UK delivery is £3.49, or FREE when you spend over £44.99.

Your delivery cost will be clearly shown at checkout before you place your order.

What is your returns policy?

We really hope you love your order, but if you change your mind, you can return an unwanted item to us within 30 days of delivery for a refund.

Items should be returned unused, in the same condition you received them and securely packaged.

Please note that original and return postage costs aren’t refundable for unwanted items.

If your order arrives faulty or damaged, please get in touch with us as soon as possible. We’ll do our very best to put things right quickly — customer service really matters to us.
