Do you offer custom and personalised orders?

Yes! We are happy to accept requests for custom orders. Whether that be to change the colour of a print or coaster, or to add a special message.
Just send us a message and we'll chat through your requirements.

 

Do we ship everything overseas?

If the option isn't available to you, please drop us a message and we'll provide you with a quote for overseas shipping. We will try our best to help you out! We love the idea of our designs flying around the world.

 

Do you have a shop?

Yes, you can find us in the lovely village of Haworth, West Yorkshire. Feel free to come and see us or call our shop on 01535 957410.

 

What are your shipping times?

We aim to dispatch our orders within 1-2 business days using 1st class or 2nd class UK post. If you're not in the UK, we use Royal Mail International, which can take approx 10 business days - but we cannot guarantee this timescale.

 

Can I choose a different colour frame than the one on the listing?

We have black or white frames available. Please choose from the drop down when making your order. Alternatively, we offer our prints unframed so that you can pop it into a frame of your own. 

What are your return policies?

We want you to be super pleased about your purchase from us, so are happy to offer you a full refund if you return your unwanted order within 30 days of delivery. All we ask is you return it to us in the same condition that it arrived in and well packaged. 

Note: We cannot refund any postage costs for unwanted products.

If you happen to receive anything from us that is faulty or damaged , we will do our upmost to sort the problem out immediately for you! Customer service really matters to us :-)

Remember if you’re local, our shop is open seven days a week if you want to come and see us.
