Fantastic customer service and item quality

Ordering online was simple and I'd already seen the items in the shop so I knew the quality was good. However, I later received a text informing me that the quality of the ordered item wasn't up to standard, therefore a new one was requested resulting in a slight delay in delivery to me. The delay was only slight and the item arrived in immaculate condition with an additional gift of a pin. I have been super impressed and can highly recommend.
